State Apprenticeship and Training Council definition

State Apprenticeship and Training Council means the state apprenticeship and training entity as identified in ORS 660.010. Also known as "Council."

A committee may be “joint,” i.e., composed of an equal number of representatives of the employer(s) and of the employees represented by a bona fide collective bargaining agent(s), and is established to conduct, operate, or administer an apprenticeship program and enter into apprenticeship agreements with apprentices. A committee may be “unilateral” or “nonjoint” and shall mean a program sponsor in which a bona fide collective bargaining agent is not a participant.

  • Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act means the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013);

  • School Council for a School, means the school council established for the School under the Act.
