State Chief Procurement Official means the primary individual designated and authorized by law or administrative rule to administer the authority of the state government for procurement of goods and services.

State Chief Procurement Official means the primary individual designated and authorized by law or administrative rule to administer the authority of the state government for procurement of goods and services. Supporting Contract means other travel related contracts established by Oregon or any other Participating Entity that Contractor or other travel management services providers may need to use in order to provide the Services.
