State Chief Procurement Official means the primary individual designated and authorized by law or administrative rule to administer the authority of the state government for procurement of goods and services. Supporting Contract means other travel related contracts established by Oregon or any other Participating Entity that Contractor or other travel management services providers may need to use in order to provide the Services. These contracts will be the first option(s) offered to Authorized Users, including acceptance of required forms of payment per each contract’s terms and conditions. Third Party Intellectual Property means any intellectual property owned by parties other than State or Contractor. Third Party Intellectual Property includes Software owned by Third Parties, and derivative works and compilations of any Third-Party Intellectual Property. Travel Management Services means Services described in Exhibit A, Services and Rates, of this Master Agreement.
