State Fire Code definition

State Fire Code means the State Fire Code adopted by Chapter 5, State Fire Code Act.
State Fire Code means administrative rules adopted by the state fire marshal, pursuant to Iowa Code section 100.1, subsection 5.
State Fire Code means the same as that term is defined in Section 15A-1-102.
