State of Iowa Property means the State of Iowa’s Confidential Information, data, software, hardware, databases, security access, intellectual property, technologies, services, programs or other information or property possessed, owned, provided, or maintained by the State of Iowa.

  • Vendor will designate one individual who shall remain in charge of all State of Iowa Property collected, used, or disseminated by Vendor in connection with the performance of this Agreement.

  • State of Utah means the State of Utah, in its entirety, including its institutions, agencies, departments, divisions, authorities, instrumentalities, boards, commissions, elected or appointed officers, employees, agents, and authorized volunteers.

  • Commonwealth means the Commonwealth of Australia and includes the Government for the time being thereof;
