Vendor will designate one individual who shall remain in charge of all State of Iowa Property collected, used, or disseminated by Vendor in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
Vendor will deliver to the State of Iowa a root cause assessment and future incident mitigation plan with regard to any breach of security or unauthorized access affecting State of Iowa Property, including State of Iowa Confidential Information.
