State procurement commission definition

State procurement commission means the commission established as set forth in title 4, chapter 56.

  • Redevelopment Commission means the Fishers Redevelopment Commission.

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

  • Development Authority means the New Jersey Schools

  • Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) means the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission or its duly authorized representatives.

  • South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.

  • City Commission means the legislative body of the City of Miami.

  • Public Service Commission means the Public Service Commission constituted under this Constitution;

  • State Contracting Agency means the department for which this contract is to be performed and for which the Commissioner or Authorized Designee acted in signing this contract.

  • Diocesan Schools Commission means the education service provided by the diocese, which may also be known, or referred to, as the Diocesan Education Service.

  • Competent Authority and ‘Appellate Authority’ shall mean the following:

  • competent authorities means the competent authorities of the Member States as identified on the websites listed in Annex II;

  • Public Procurement means the acquisition by any means of goods, works or services by the government;

  • Stormwater management planning agency means a public body authorized by legislation to prepare stormwater management plans.

  • CPSC means the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

  • Authority or Housing Authority (HA means the Housing Authority.

  • Commitment Commission shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.01(a).

  • State Board of Education means and refers to the Board that exercises general control and supervision over the public schools of the State of Alabama as constituted and authorized by ALA. CODE § 16-3-1, et seq. (1975).

  • State Management Committee means a Committee comprising representatives from the Confederation of Western Australian Industry, the Trades and Labor Council of Western Australia, Technical and Further Education (TAFE) and the relevant Federal and State Government Departments which approve traineeship arrangements by agreement of each of the parties. The State Management Committee may be established pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act, 1975 or any amendment to or substitution of that Act, provided that any Committee or body established in lieu of the State Management Committee has the same representatives structure and decision making processes as that Committee.

  • Planning Commission means the City’s Planning Commission.
