State Programme Coordinator definition

State Programme Coordinator means the Secretary to the Government of Mizoram, Rural Development Department who is notified as the State Programme Coordinator at the State level for implementing MGNREGA.
State Programme Coordinator means the officer of the State Government in the Panchayats and Rural Development Department, not below the rank of Joint Secretary, so designated;
