State Retail Cannabis Regulations definition

State Retail Cannabis Regulations means the regulations related to the retail sale of Cannabis issued by the Bureau in accordance with Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 26070) of Division 10 of the Business and Professions Code, which may be amended from time to time.
State Retail Cannabis Regulations means the regulations related to the retail sale of medicinal cannabis issued by the Bureau (commencing with Section 26070) of Division 10 of the Business and Professions Code, which may be amended from time to time.
