State vehicle definition

State vehicle means a motor vehicle, trailer, snowplow, or other vehicle designed for travel on public roads that is subject to motor vehicle registration, including any machinery or apparatus attached to the vehicle. The term includes the following:
State vehicle means any vehicle registered to the state of Iowa, department of administrative services.
State vehicle means each motor vehicle owned, operated, or in the possession of an agency.
