Statewide Adequacy Standards definition

Statewide Adequacy Standards means the standards set forth in Title 6, Chapter 27, Part 30 NMAC (08/31/2005), and any subsequent versions thereof, subject to any variances granted to the Charter School by the Public Charter School Capital Outlay Council pursuant to Section 22-8B-4.2(F)(2) XXXX 0000.
Statewide Adequacy Standards shall be effective July 1, 2015, for new leases and renewals of existing leases, and means the standards established in Sections 6.27.30.1 -.19 NMAC related to the use of the Premises and Common Areas for a school, and which standards Landlord is obligated to maintain at no additional cost to School or the State, or if applicable, Section 22-8B-4.2 F(2) XXXX 0000, as amended.
Statewide Adequacy Standards means the standards set forth in 6.27.30 NMAC (09/01/2002, as amended through 12/17/2019), and any subsequent amendments thereto promulgated by the Capital Outlay Council, applicable to the School Site and the Improvements, and any variances from those standards granted to School by the Capital Outlay Council pursuant to NMSA 1978, §22-8B-4.2(F)(2).

  • Security Standards means the final rule implementing HIPAA’s Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic PHI, as amended.

  • Resource Adequacy Rulings means CPUC Decisions 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 06- 06-024, 00-00-000 and any subsequent CPUC ruling or decision, or any other resource adequacy laws, rules or regulations enacted, adopted or promulgated by any applicable Governmental Authority, as such CPUC decisions, rulings, laws, rules or regulations may be amended or modified from time to time during the Term.

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • Federal poverty guidelines means the poverty guidelines published annually in the federal register by the United States department of health and human services under its authority to revise the poverty line under section 673(2) of subtitle B of title VI of the omnibus budget reconciliation act of 1981, 42 USC 9902.

  • Resource Adequacy means the procurement obligation of load serving entities, including Buyer, as such obligations are described in CPUC Decisions D.00-00-000 and D.00-00-000 and subsequent CPUC decisions addressing Resource Adequacy issues, as those obligations may be altered from time to time in the CPUC Resource Adequacy Rulemakings (R.) 00-00-000 and (R.) 00-00-000 or by any successor proceeding, and all other Resource Adequacy obligations established by any other entity, including the CAISO.

  • Water quality standards means provisions of state or federal law which consist of a designated use or uses for the waters of the Commonwealth and water quality criteria for such waters based upon such uses. Water quality standards are to protect the public health or welfare, enhance the quality of water and serve the purposes of the State Water Control Law (§ 62.1-44.2 et seq. of the Code of Virginia) and the federal Clean Water Act (33 USC § 1251 et seq.).

  • Standards means the British or international standards, Authority's internal policies and procedures, Government codes of practice and guidance referred to in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards) together with any other specified policies or procedures identified in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards);
