Station Servicing Arrangement definition

Station Servicing Arrangement means any arrangement or transaction evidenced by any Joint Sales Agreement, Local Marketing Agreement, Shared Services Agreement or similar agreement or instrument under which the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries provides services or obtains the right to provide programming to, or sells advertising availabilities on, a television broadcast station of another Person (other than the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries).
