Status Quo Ante definition

Status Quo Ante means the restoration of the Parties to their respective
Status Quo Ante is defined as the last peaceable, uncontested status between the parties to this Agreement, provided, however, that neither the party bringing the action nor the party defending the action thereby waives its right to Arbitration of any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with or relating to this Agreement.

  • Status Quo means the arrangements in place prior to the Dispute arising. This includes the performance, operation and management of all work and rates of pay and allowances. Total Cost of Work means the total value of the project declared to QLeave or NT Build.
