Step movement date means the date the Employee is to be granted a step movement after rendering the minimum number of years of creditable service.
Measurement Date means the most recent Payment Date specified in the first column of the Cumulative Net Loss Rate Table.
Interest Commencement Date means the Issue Date of the Notes or such other date as may be specified as the Interest Commencement Date in the relevant Final Terms;
Base Date means a date 30 day prior to the submission of tenders.
