Examples of Stipend Agreement in a sentence

  • All of the Proposer’s team members and subcontractors shall be bound by the same provisions of the Stipend Agreement as the Proposer.

  • Proposer must comply with the terms and conditions of the Stipend Agreement.

  • If the Department does not award a Contract in connection to any of the Proposals, the Department may award the Stipend to each Stipend-Eligible Proposer that agrees to the terms of the Stipend Agreement.

  • Any Stipend-Eligible Proposer that fails to execute the Stipend Agreement and provide the Department with the licenses required by Article 3 of the Stipend Agreement no later than 20 calendar days after the Proposal Due Date, will forfeit all rights to receipt of a Stipend.

  • This Request for Proposal does not commit the Department or any other public agency to pay any costs incurred by an individual firm, partnership, or corporation in the submission of Proposals except as set forth in the Design-Build Stipend Agreement.
