Stock Exchange Agreement definition

Stock Exchange Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.

Stock Exchange Agreement means that certain Stock Exchange Agreement dated May 18, 2001 among EOI, Centrefund Realty Corporation (now named First Capital Realty Inc.) and First Capital America Holding Corp.
