Stockholder Notice definition

Stockholder Notice has the meaning given to it in Section 5.1(b).
Stockholder Notice. Is defined in Section 6.5(b).

Stockholder Notice means a notice given by or on behalf of an Eligible Stockholder that specifies the name of the Stockholder Nominee(s) nominated for election or reelection to the Board of Directors in accordance with this Section 13.
