Stopping Centers definition

Stopping Centers means multi-service truck stops or travel plaza facilities, including "full-sized" and "Petro:2" units and Petro:Lube maintenance facilities, which provide services and amenities to commercial truck drivers as well as to other highway motorists and local residents, including without limitation, facilities currently operated by the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries and businesses related or ancillary thereto.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Playground means a public outdoor recreation area for children, usually equipped with swings, slides, and other playground equipment, owned and/or managed by a city, county, state, or federal government.
