Storage Deliverability definition

Storage Deliverability means the capacity (in kWh/Day) which entitles the Customer (provided it has sufficient Gas-in-Storage) to withdraw Natural Gas from the Relevant Storage Facility, and the Customer’s initial or registered Storage Deliverability is the amount specified in Schedule 1, as such amount may be increased in accordance with clause 5.8;

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Process Gas means gas used for which alternate fuels, other than another gaseous fuel, are not technically feasible such as in applications requiring precise temperature controls and precise flame characteristics.

  • Notice Delivery Period means the period from and including the Trade Date to and including the fifth Business Day following the date that is fourteen (14) calendar days after the Extension Date.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Beam scattering foil means a thin piece of material (usually metallic) placed in the beam to scatter a beam of electrons in order to provide a more uniform electron distribution in the useful beam.

  • API means the American Petroleum Institute.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.   • Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;
