Storm Water User Fee definition

Storm Water User Fee means the fee(s) calculated pursuant to Section 13.25.04 of this chapter by multiplying the number of ERUs for the parcel (or one ERU for Single-Family Residential Parcels) by the Base Rate or Reduced Rate if applicable.
Storm Water User Fee means a fee authorized by Ordinance(s) established to fund the Department of Storm Water Management including, but not limited to, Operations and Maintenance, Extension and Replacement and Debt Service.
Storm Water User Fee means a fee authorized by ordinance(s) established to pay Operations and Maintenance Expenses, Extension and Replacement Costs, and Debt Service.

Examples of Storm Water User Fee in a sentence

  • The property owner of record is responsible for the Storm Water User Fee.

  • Any parcel that has not been altered by grading, filling or construction and which has less than 5 percent impervious surface shall have no Storm Water User Fee assessed.

  • Stormwater system means both the constructed and natural facilities, including pipes, culverts, watercourses and their associated floodplains, whether over or under public or privately owned land, used or required for the management, collection, conveyance, temporary storage, control, monitoring, treatment, use and disposal of stormwater;

  • Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan or "SWPPP" means a document that is prepared in accordance with good engineering practices and that identifies potential sources of pollutants that may reasonably be expected to affect the quality of stormwater discharges from the construction site, and otherwise meets the requirements of this Ordinance. In addition the document shall identify and require the implementation of control measures, and shall include, but not be limited to the inclusion of, or the incorporation by reference of, an approved erosion and sediment control plan, an approved stormwater management plan, and a pollution prevention plan.

  • Stormwater management measure means any practice, technology, process, program, or other method intended to control or reduce stormwater runoff and associated pollutants, or to induce or control the infiltration or groundwater recharge of stormwater or to eliminate illicit or illegal non-stormwater discharges into stormwater conveyances.

  • Stormwater management BMP means an excavation or embankment and related areas designed to retain stormwater runoff. A stormwater management BMP may either be normally dry (that is, a detention basin or infiltration system), retain water in a permanent pool (a retention basin), or be planted mainly with wetland vegetation (most constructed stormwater wetlands).

  • Stormwater means water resulting from precipitation (including rain and snow) that runs off the land’s surface, is transmitted to the subsurface, or is captured by separate storm sewers or other sewage or drainage facilities, or conveyed by snow removal equipment.

  • Stormwater management facility means a control measure that controls stormwater runoff and changes the characteristics of that runoff including, but not limited to, the quantity and quality, the period of release or the velocity of flow.

  • Resource recovery facility means a solid waste facility

  • Transportation System means the facilities at any time in place to receive Shipper’s Gas at the Entry Point(s), process, handle, transport and redeliver the Gas at the Exit Point(s), in accordance with the Transportation Agreement, as detailed in Transportation System Description.
