Strata Plan definition

Strata Plan means a strata plan, a strata plan of subdivision or a strata plan of consolidation that is registered in accordance with the Strata Schemes (Freehold Development) Xxx 0000 or the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx (Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx) Xxx 0000; Transferee has the meaning given in clause 12.3; and

Strata Plan means a plan of the type referred to in section 4;
