Strata Unit definition

Strata Unit means the Strata Unit described in the Schedule including any car space, storage area, balcony and/or terrace or garden area as identified in the relevant strata plan relating to your Strata Unit, together with your interest in the common property relating to the Strata Unit as defined by the Laws.

Examples of Strata Unit in a sentence

  • If you cannot use the Strata Unit as your principal place of residence because of circumstances insured under this Policy and we have agreed to indemnify you under the terms of the Policy, you may rent a reasonably equivalent home.

  • The Policy will not protect anyone who purchases the Strata Unit from you.

  • However upon resale of the Strata Unit, we will consider offering the same Cover that was offered to you to a prospective purchaser, upon payment of the applicable premium at the time of sale.

  • We have the right, at our sole cost, to commence and prosecute any action or proceeding or to do anything else which in our opinion may be necessary or desirable to establish the estate or interest in the Strata Unit as indemnified, or to prevent or reduce your loss or damage.

  • Market conditions and inflation may increase the value of your Strata Unit.

  • We will reimburse your actual rent until you are able to resume the use of the Strata Unit as your principal place of residence or until we settle your claim in accordance with our choices under the Policy (whichever is the earlier), provided that we will only reimburse you in respect of your actual rent which we consider to be necessarily and reasonably incurred by you.

  • The following risks or circumstances relating to the Strata Unit are specifically excluded from Cover.

  • The amount of your insurance cover automatically increases in line with increases in the fair market value of your Strata Unit after the Policy Date, up to a maximum of 200% of the Policy Amount shown in Schedule A of the Policy.

Related to Strata Unit

  • GP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a GP Unit of the Partnership.

  • sub-unit means, with respect to any currency other than euro, the lowest amount of such currency that is available as legal tender in the country of such currency and, with respect to euro, means one cent.

  • Partnership Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder. The allocation of Partnership Units among the Partners shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Said Unit means the said Flat, the said Vehicle Parking Space, (if any), and the right of common use of the Common Portions and wherever the context so intends or permits, shall also include the Said Undivided Share.

Existing unit does not include simple combustion turbines or any unit that on or after November 15, 1990, served only generators with a nameplate capacity of 25 MWe or less. Any existing unit that is modified, reconstructed, or repowered after November 15, 1990, shall continue to be an existing unit.

  • Generating Unit means one or more generating equipment combinations typically consisting of prime mover(s), electric generator(s), electric transformer(s), steam generator(s) and air emission control devices.

  • Term SOFR Adjustment means a percentage equal to 0.10% per annum.

  • REIT Share means a share of common stock, par value $.01 per share, of the General Partner.

  • Management Unit means an area established by the Commission for management purposes.

  • Fractional Share means a fractional share in the ICAV issued in accordance with Section 12.5.

  • Operating Unit means, for purposes of this part, primary and constituent operating units designated as such in the Department Order Series of the De- partment of Commerce and, in addi- tion, the Office of the Secretary.

  • Rooming unit means any room or group of rooms forming a single habitable unit used or intended to be used for living and sleeping, but not for cooking or eating purposes.

  • Assisted Unit means a Unit that is subject to the Program’s rent and/or occupancy restrictions as a result of the financial assistance provided by the Program, as specified in the Regulatory Agreement.

  • Partnership Unit Designation shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.A hereof.
