Student File definition

Student File means a file kept by the Approved Institution on each student, whether in electronic, paper, or a combination of electronic or paper form, which contains at a minimum:
Student File the file, in addition to the Permanent Student Record, that is required to be established and maintained for each student enrolled in the public education system and which must contain copies of current records used in the planning and administration of the student’s education program.
Student File is a formal record of application data, supervisory meetings, progress meetings, notes of absence, etc. and is held for the duration of enrolment in the School under the responsibility of the Director of Postgraduate Research Students or nominee. The file may be required for review by Senior Managers of the University and must be kept up to date. For clarity, the file might encompass information held across more than one IT and/or paper based system.

  • Students reported in this file must also be reported in District Student File (B) and School Student File (C).

  • Include all courses attempted for the student during the current school year up to point of data submission.All students reported in File (E) must have a corresponding enrollment record reported for them in School Student File (C) at the same school.

  • An entitled person may access and verify personal information in the Student Record and Student File pertaining to the particular student with appropriate notice to the school administration.

  • Access to a Student Record or Student File will only be granted, upon assurance of confidentiality (with consent), to professionals who are planning for or delivering education, health, social or other support services to that student.

  • Records will be rejected if there is no corresponding enrollment record in School Student File (C) for that school.All courses reported in File (E) must have a corresponding course record reported for them for the same school in Course Catalog File (D).

  • Additional items must (see i below) or may (see ii – viii below) be included in the school’s student records as part of the Student File.

  • All students reported in File (E) must have a corresponding enrollment record reported for them in School Student File (C) at the same school.

  • All students reported in File (I) must have an enrollment record reported for them in School Student File (C).

  • Once completed, attach two copies to the Dependency Application/Record of Emergency Data, place them in the Student File and provide a copy to the student.

Related to Student File

  • Asset File means the materials with respect to the Assets (i) previously delivered to Buyer or its representatives by or on behalf of Seller, whether written or orally, (ii) made available to Buyer or its representatives at the Hotel or at the offices of Broker, in each case, whether written or orally, or (iii) made available to Buyer or its representatives in the data room web site created by Broker.

  • Contract File means with respect to each Contract, the physical and/or electronic files in which Credit Acceptance maintains the fully executed original counterpart or “authoritative copy” (in each case, for UCC purposes) of the Contract (to the extent required in accordance with Section 3.03 of this Agreement), either a standard assurance in the form commonly used in the industry relating to the provision of a certificate of title or other evidence of lien, the original or electronic instruments modifying the terms and conditions of such Contract and the original or electronic endorsements or assignments of such Contract.

  • Lease File means, for each Lease, the Collateral Lease File applicable to such Lease.

  • Student Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee. For the purposes of this Agreement, Student Records shall be the same as Educational Records, and Covered Information, all of which are deemed Student Data for the purposes of this Agreement. Service Agreement: Refers to the Contract or Purchase Order to which this DPA supplements and modifies.

  • Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.

  • Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.

  • Custodial File As to each Mortgage Loan, any mortgage loan documents which are delivered to the Custodian or which at any time come into the possession of the Custodian as set forth in Section 2 of this Custodial Agreement.

  • Mortgage Loan File As defined in Section 2.1(b) and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Servicing File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Company consisting of originals of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Custodian and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed in the Custodial Agreement the originals of which are delivered to the Custodian pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • Data File means a single record or collection of data records that are logically related to each other, and are handled as a unit;

  • Student Data means personally identifiable information, as defined in Section 2-d, from student records that Vendor may receive from the District pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Receivable Files means the documents specified in Section 3.3.

  • Student record means information that constitutes education rec- ords as that term is defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g(a)(4)) [see FL] and information in a record of an applicant for admission to an educa- tional institution, including a transfer applicant.

  • Master File has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Public records means all writings and recordings that consist of letters, words or numbers, or their equivalent, set down by handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostatting, photography, magnetic impulse, optical or magneto-optical form, mechanical or electronic recording or other form of data compilation, however stored, and regardless of physical form or characteristics, prepared or owned by, or in the possession of a public body or its officers, employees or agents in the transaction of public business.

  • Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Personnel file means, for the purposes of Part III (8VAC20-90-60 et seq.), any and all memoranda, entries or other documents included in the teacher's file as maintained in the central school administration office or in any file regarding the teacher maintained within a school in which the teacher serves.

  • Loan File With respect to each Loan, a file containing (a) each of the documents and items as set forth on the Loan Checklist with respect to such Loan and (b) duly executed originals and copies of any other relevant records relating to such Loans and the Underlying Assets pertaining thereto.

  • Credit File means all Credit Documents and all other credit, collateral, or insurance documents in the possession or custody of the Assuming Institution, or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, relating to an Asset or a Loan included in a Put Notice, or copies of any thereof.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Drug Master File or “DMF” is described in 21 C.F.R. Part 314.420. A DMF is a submission to the FDA that may be used to provide confidential detailed information about facilities, processes, or articles used in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and storing of one or more human drugs.

  • Property records means the records created and maintained by the contractor in support of its stewardship responsibilities for the management of Government property.

  • Retained Mortgage File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file consisting of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed as items 6 through 12 of Exhibit C attached hereto. Securities Act: The Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

  • Loan Files means the documents specified in Section 2.1 of the Sale Agreement.
