Student Kits definition

Student Kits means the student training materials.
Student Kits means the student training materials. (j) "Trademark Use Policy" means the written guidelines, as amended by GUPTA from time-to-time, which contains GUPTA's policies describing the proper usage of the Marks and other trademarks, service marks and logos of GUPTA and/or its licensors.

Examples of Student Kits in a sentence

  • DISTRIBUTOR agrees to purchase from GUPTA one (1) student kit for each student attending a GUPTA Course (see Attachment 4, Order Form for GUPTA Student Kits).

  • During the Term of this Agreement, GUPTA will make available Student Kits for each GUPTA Course offered.

  • AAC Partner shall not alter the Student Kit(s) in any manner but may include its own materials in conjunction with, but not as a part of, the Student Kit(s).

  • STRICTLY PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: DISTRIBUTOR shall not, nor shall DISTRIBUTOR cause or authorize a third party to copy, manufacture, adapt, rent, lease, lend, trade-in, create derivative works from, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile or otherwise modify the GUPTA Courses or Student Kits.

  • Each package will consist of an Instructor Kit (quantity = one per class) and Student Kits (quantity = one per student per class).

  • Tuition Breakdown Tuition: $ 3250.00 Student Kits & Textbook $ 450.00 Tax (State of Hawaii 4.712%) $ 174.34 Total: $ 3874.34 I, agree to the terms of this contract.

  • Incentives are based on individual Members’ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Dental purchase activity as a percentage of entire Dental spend, the percentage of Student Kits purchased through ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Dental and Speed of Cash Remittance for ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Dental purchases.

Related to Student Kits

  • Student Data means personally identifiable information, as defined in Section 2-d, from student records that Vendor may receive from the District pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Student-Generated Content means materials or content created by a student in the services including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of student content.

  • Manufacturers means the original producer of a Commodity and/or contractual service.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.
