Study Interruption definition

Study Interruption means and includes the risks covered in Benefit 7 as described under the Scope of Cover.

Examples of Study Interruption in a sentence

  • Death of an Immediate Family Member, which prohibits the Insured Person from continuing his/her studies for the remaining part of a school semester for which Tuition Fees has been paid Company will pay up to the maximum limit for Study Interruption as specified in the Schedule of benefits.

  • The Company shall pay the Insured, compensation in the event of Study Interruption upto the amount stated in the Schedule to the Policy, subject to the terms and conditions and the exclusions below.

  • In such an event of Study Interruption, the Company shall, under this benefit, reimburse the Insured Person, the Tuition fees which have already been advanced to the educational institution less possible/actual refunds, up to the amount stated in Schedule to this Policy.

  • We shall pay You, compensation in the event of Study Interruption up to the amount stated in the Schedule subject to the following terms.

  • Effectively communicate Criminal Justice solutions with both experts and non-experts; B3.

  • Vale shall be permitted to serve a Feasibility Study Interruption Notice in accordance with Section 5.2 on more than one occasion during the Feasibility Study Period (whether in respect of different or a repetition of the same Feasibility Study Interruption Circumstances) and on each such occasion the Feasibility Study Period shall be suspended and, subject to determination of a Feasibility Study Continuation Date, the Feasibility Study Period Expiry Date extended accordingly.

  • Reimburse the forfeited Tuition fees or Tuition fees for re-attending course in the event of Study Interruption due to the Serious Bodily Injury or Serious Sickness of the Insured Student in the course of a Study Trip resulting in (i) Hospital Confinement and (ii) temporary disability for more than 30 days and (iii) continuous medical treatment and supervision from a Physician.

Related to Study Interruption

  • Service Interruption means the cessation of electricity supply to an ICP for a period of 1 minute or longer, other than by reason of De-energisation of that ICP:

  • Interruption means a reduction in non-firm transmission service due to economic reasons pursuant to Tariff, Part II, section 14.7.

  • Planned Service Interruption means a Service Interruption that has been scheduled to occur in accordance with Schedule 5;

  • Downtime means the Total Minutes in the Month during which the Cloud Service (or Servers for Server Provisioning) does not respond to a request from SAP’s Point of Demarcation for the data center providing the Cloud Service (or Server for Server Provisioning), excluding Excluded Downtime.

  • Outages means the planned unavailability of transmission and/or generation facilities dispatched by PJM or the NYISO, as described in Section 35.9 of this Agreement.

  • Interruptible means that either party may interrupt its performance at any time for any reason, whether or not caused by an event of Force Majeure, with no liability, except such interrupting party may be responsible for any Imbalance Charges as set forth in Section 4.3 related to its interruption after the nomination is made to the Transporter and until the change in deliveries and/or receipts is confirmed by Transporter.

  • Repair means to restore to proper operating condition a tank, pipe, spill prevention equipment, overfill prevention equipment, corrosion protection equipment, release detection equipment or other UST system component that has caused a release of product from the UST system or has failed to function properly.

  • Disaster means a sudden emergency occurrence beyond the control of the licensee, whether natural, technological, or man-made, that renders the licensee unable to operate the facility or makes the facility uninhabitable.

  • Degradation means a decrease in the useful life of the right-of-way caused by excavation in or disturbance of the right-of-way, resulting in the need to reconstruct such right-of-way earlier than would be required if the excavation or disturbance did not occur.

  • Diatomaceous earth filtration means a process resulting in substantial particulate removal in which (1) a precoat cake of diatomaceous earth filter media is deposited on a support membrane (septum), and (2) while the water is filtered by passing through the cake on the septum, additional filter media known as body feed is continuously added to the feed water to maintain the permeability of the filter cake.

  • Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Plant means the machinery and apparatus intended to form or forming part of the Works.

  • Maintenance Outage means a time period during which Seller plans to reduce the Power Output of the Power Product, in full or in part, in order to facilitate maintenance work on the Generating Facility, other than a Major Overhaul.

  • Force Majeure means an event beyond the control of the supplier and not involving the supplier’s fault or negligence and not foreseeable. Such events may include, but is not restricted to, acts of the purchaser in its sovereign capacity, wars or revolutions, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions and freight embargoes.

  • Relevant Force Majeure Event means a Force Majeure Event in relation to which an Affected Party is claiming relief under this Clause 17; and

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Force Majeure Report means a report to be given by the Affected Party to the other party following the giving of a Force Majeure Notice;
