Sub-Contracts definition

Sub-Contracts means the contracts between the Contractor and its materialmen and mechanics in the furnishing of labor or materials for the Project.
Sub-Contracts means: any contract or purchase order, sub-contract or sub-order that the Contractor may conclude with any third party in connection with the performance of the Contract.
