To enforce, or cause to be enforced, the prompt performance of the Sub-Contracts in accordance with their terms and not to approve any changes in the same that in the aggregate or singularly result in a net increase in excess of 10% of the original General Contractor's contract amount without Lessor's prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, provided Lessee's right to enter into any such change order shall be on the same terms set forth in Section 14 above.
Where the Provider uses Sub-Contracts and other agreements to deliver the Services and these agreements are part of framework agreements that the Provider has with its third party suppliers, the Provider will provide sufficient information and assistance to enable the Successor Provider or the Department to enter into an agreement with such supplier directly.
