Sub-Division means a sub-division of a district;
LLC Division means the statutory division of any limited liability company into two or more limited liability companies pursuant to Section 18.217 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act or a comparable provision of a different jurisdiction’s laws, as applicable.
Delaware LLC Division means the statutory division of any Delaware LLC into two or more Delaware LLCs pursuant to Section 18-217 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act.
Single-service articles means cups, containers, lids, closures, plates, knives, forks, spoons, stirrers, paddles, straws, napkins, wrapping materials, toothpicks, and similar articles intended for one-time, one-person use and then discarded.
Merger Sub Board means the board of directors of Merger Sub.
Serialization within the enterprise identifier means each item produced is assigned a serial number that is unique among all the tangible items produced by the enterprise and is never used again. The enterprise is responsible for ensuring unique serialization within the enterprise identifier.
Indicators of student progress and growth means the results of assessment(s) of students as defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:8, Standards and Assessment.
Merger Sub II has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Container station and depot services means activities consisting in storing containers, whether in port areas or inland, with a view to their stuffing/stripping, repairing and making them available for shipments.
Merger Sub 2 shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

Merger Sub 1 has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.
Urban Enterprise Zones means a zone designated by the New Jersey Enterprise Zone Authority pursuant to the New Jersey Urban Enterprise Zones Act, N.J.S.A. 52:27H-60 et. seq.
School District/Public Entity means the School District/Public Entity that executes the contract.
Annual Division of Revenue Act means the Act of Parliament, which must be enacted annually in terms of section 214 (1) of the Constitution;
Purchasing Division means the West Virginia Department of Administration, Purchasing Division.
Sub-Sector refers to the specific sector in which the reservation is taken;
Community Council or “Council” means a duly elected body of MNO citizens that represents a Charter Community,
Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.
Regional Board means a California regional water quality control board.
Regional Entity shall have the same meaning specified in the Operating Agreement.
Member-managed limited liability company means a limited liability company that is not a manager-managed limited liability company.
EMEA means the European Agency for the Evaluation of Medicinal Products, or any successor agency thereto.
Delaware Divided LLC means any Delaware LLC which has been formed upon the consummation of a Delaware LLC Division.
