Subdivided parcel definition

Subdivided parcel means a parcel resulting from the subdivision of original property pursuant to a plat subdividing that property presented to the county auditor under section 5713.18 of the Revised Code.

Subdivided parcel means the portion of the Baltimore Property which Landlord has agreed to sell, and the Purchaser has agreed to purchase, all as more particularly described in the Baltimore Purchase Agreement.
