This is compounded by inability to introduce progressive Land Use Management Schemes and Systems to areas that are under jurisdiction of the Subdivision of Agricultural Land Act as well as the Ingonyama Trust Act.
In this regard, the service provider will have to engage with DAFF on the finalisation of the delineation of agricultural land process as well as undertaking a collaborative process with the Department regarding land that the Scheme intends to retain for agricultural use and land that it intends to be excluded from the influence of the Subdivision of Agricultural Land Act 70 of 1970 (non-agricultural uses).
