Subdivision Plats definition

Subdivision Plats means a final subdivision plat as described and contemplated in Chapter 3 of the Code, including Condominium Plats.
Subdivision Plats means and refer to the respective maps or plats of Pinehurst of Atascocita, Sections One and Two, recorded in the Map Records of Harris County, Texas.
