Existing parks shall not be allowed to alter or expand the number of lots or acreage unless the park receives approval as required by Subsection “Manufactured Home Park Site Plan” of Article III “Development & Subdivision Review, Permitting, & Approval Requirements”, and complies with the requirements set forth in this Ordinance.
Manufactured Home Parks existing prior to September 15, 2003 shall, within 12 months, be required to comply with Subsections “General Provisions” and “Maintenance of Park & Facilities” of Section “Manufactured Home Park” of Article V “Use Regulations”, and Section “Manufactured Home Park Certificate of Zoning Compliance” Section of Article III “Development & Subdivision Review, Permitting, & Approval Requirements” of this Ordinance.
First Minor Subdivision Review The pre-application process and initial review process set forth in Section II, General Procedures, apply to this section.
The Community Development Director shall forward a report to the Commission which summarizes the application’s compliance with the review standards contained in §12.8, Subdivision Review Standards, and other applicable provisions of this LDC.
A current record of available and transferred development rights shall be maintained by the Subdivision Review Office.
Minor Subdivision (A public hearing is required for Minor Subdivision Review.
Any transfer of development rights shall be recorded with the Office of the Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder and notification shall be provided to the Subdivision Review Office.
If Subdivision Review is required, the procedures of Subdivision Ordinance shall be used.
Substantial changes made to the plat after review by the Subdivision Review Committee shall be cause for the Planning Commission to defer a decision pending review of a revised plat.
These regulations and guidance will apply to all land development activities occurring in the City of Charlotte and ETJ including, but not limited to, activities that trigger: Commercial Plan Review, Subdivision Review, and Zoning Map Amendments (Rezonings).
