Subdivision Review definition

Subdivision Review means the review of a proposed subdivision plat by a local health department for a local government pursuant to a local ordinance and §§ 15.2-2242 and 15.2-2260 of the Code of Virginia and 12 VAC 5-610-360 of the Sewage Handling and Disposal Regulations for the purposes of determining and documenting whether an approved sewage disposal site is present on each proposed lot.
Subdivision Review means a city, town, or county governing body evaluating a subdivision proposal for compliance with the jurisdiction's subdivision regulations.

Examples of Subdivision Review in a sentence

  • Existing parks shall not be allowed to alter or expand the number of lots or acreage unless the park receives approval as required by Subsection “Manufactured Home Park Site Plan” of Article III “Development & Subdivision Review, Permitting, & Approval Requirements”, and complies with the requirements set forth in this Ordinance.
