Major Decision Reporting Package definition

Major Decision Reporting Package. With respect to any Major Decision, (a) a written report prepared by the Special Servicer describing in reasonable detail (i) the background and circumstances requiring action of the Special Servicer, (ii) the proposed course of action recommended, and (iii) information regarding any direct or indirect conflict of interest in the subject action, and (b) all information in the Special Servicer’s possession that is reasonably requested by the party receiving such Major Decision Reporting Package in order for such party to exercise any consultation or consent rights available to such party under this Agreement.
Major Decision Reporting Package. With respect to any Major Decision, (a) a written report prepared by the Special Servicer describing in reasonable detail (i) the background and circumstances requiring action of the Special Servicer, (ii) the proposed course of action recommended, and (iii) information regarding any direct or indirect conflict of interest in the subject action, and (b) all information in the Special Servicer’s possession that is reasonably requested by the party receiving such Major Decision Reporting Package in order for such party to exercise any consultation or consent rights available to such party under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Special Servicer may provide the information described in clauses (i)(1) and (i)(2) in the definition of “Major Decision Reporting Package” in the form of an Asset Status Report.
Major Decision Reporting Package shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Major Decision Reporting Package in a sentence

  • With respect to each Major Decision regarding a Serviced Loan as to which any applicable Directing Holder has consent or consultation rights pursuant to this Section 6.09, the Special Servicer shall provide the related Major Decision Reporting Package to the applicable Directing Holder, simultaneously with the Special Servicer’s request for the applicable Directing Holder’s consent or input regarding the related Major Decision.

  • With respect to each Major Decision regarding a Serviced Loan as to which any Risk Retention Consultation Party has consultation rights pursuant to this Section 6.09, the Special Servicer shall provide the related Major Decision Reporting Package to such Risk Retention Consultation Party, simultaneously with the Special Servicer’s request for such Risk Retention Consultation Party’s input regarding the related Major Decision.

  • With respect to each Major Decision as to which the Directing Holder has consent or consultation rights pursuant to this Section 6.09, the Special Servicer shall provide the related Major Decision Reporting Package to the Directing Holder, simultaneously with the Special Servicer’s request for the Directing Holder’s consent or input regarding the related Major Decision.

  • With respect to each Major Decision as to which the Controlling Class Representative has consent or consultation rights pursuant to this Section 9.3, the Special Servicer shall provide the related Major Decision Reporting Package to Controlling Class Representative, simultaneously with the Special Servicer’s request for the Controlling Class Representative’s consent or input regarding the related Major Decision.

  • The period when the Lead Special Servicer engages in such non-binding consultation with any Consulting Party need not extend past ten (10) Business Days (or in the case of a determination of an Acceptable Insurance Default, twenty (20) days) after such Consulting Party’s receipt of the related Major Decision Reporting Package from the Lead Special Servicer.

  • With respect to each Major Decision regarding a Serviced Loan as to which the Directing Holder has consent or consultation rights pursuant to this Section 6.09, the Special Servicer shall provide the related Major Decision Reporting Package to the Directing Holder, simultaneously with the Special Servicer’s request for the Directing Holder’s consent or input regarding the related Major Decision.

  • With respect to each Major Decision as to which a Consenting Party has consent rights or a Consulting Party has consultation rights pursuant to this Section 9.3, the Special Servicer shall prepare a Major Decision Reporting Package.

  • The Special Servicer shall provide each Major Decision Reporting Package to the Operating Advisor simultaneously upon providing such Major Decision Reporting Package to the Controlling Class Representative.

More Definitions of Major Decision Reporting Package

Major Decision Reporting Package. As defined in Section 6.5(a).
Major Decision Reporting Package shall (I) prior to the Lead Securitization Date, mean, with respect to any Major Decision, (a) a written report prepared by the Lead Special Servicer describing in reasonable detail (i) the background and circumstances requiring action of the Lead Special Servicer, (ii) the proposed course of action recommended, and (iii) information regarding any direct or indirect conflict of interest in the subject action, and (b) all information in the Lead Special Servicer's possession that is reasonably requested by the party receiving such Major Decision Reporting Package in order for such party to exercise any consultation or consent rights available to such party under this Agreement; provided, for the avoidance of doubt, that the Lead Special Servicer may provide the information described in clauses (a)(i) and (a)(ii) above in the form of an Asset Status Report and (II) from and after the Lead Securitization Date, have the meaning assigned to such term or another analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.
Major Decision Reporting Package means, with respect to any Major Decision for which it is processing, a written report by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable, describing in reasonable detail (i) the background and circumstances requiring action of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable, and (ii) the proposed course of action recommended.
Major Decision Reporting Package. With respect to any Major Decision, a written report prepared by the Special Servicer describing in reasonable detail (i) the background and circumstances requiring action of the Special Servicer, (ii) the proposed course of action recommended, (iii) all information reasonably requested by the Controlling Class Representative and in the Special Servicer's possession that is necessary in order for the Controlling Class Representative to exercise any consultation or consent rights available to the Controlling Class Representative and (iv) all information reasonably requested by the Operating Advisor and in the Special Servicer's possession that is necessary in order for the Operating Advisor to exercise any consultation rights available to the Operating Advisor.
Major Decision Reporting Package. With respect to any Major Decision, (a) a written report prepared by the Special Servicer describing in reasonable detail (i) the background and circumstances requiring action of the Special Servicer, (ii) the proposed course of action recommended, and (iii) information regarding any direct or indirect conflict of interest in the subject action, provided, that such written report may, in the discretion of the Special Servicer, be in the form of an Asset Status Report as long as the items set forth in clauses (i) through (iii) are contained therein, and (b) all information in the Special Servicer’s possession that is reasonably requested by the party receiving such Major Decision Reporting Package in order for such party to exercise any consultation or consent rights available to such party under this Agreement.
Major Decision Reporting Package shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Securitization Servicing Agreement.

Related to Major Decision Reporting Package

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) Collectively: (a) the following nine data files (and any other files as may be, or have been, adopted and promulgated by CREFC® as part of the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) from time to time): (i) CREFC® Loan Setup File, (ii) CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, (iii) CREFC® Property File, (iv) CREFC® Bond Level File, (v) CREFC® Financial File, (vi) CREFC® Collateral Summary File, (vii) CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File, (viii) CREFC® Special Servicer Property File and (ix) CREFC® Schedule AL File;

  • CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • major non-compliance outcome notification means a notification received by a council under section 19N(3) or (4) of the Food Act 1984, or advice given to council by an authorized officer under that Act, of a deficiency that does not pose an immediate serious threat to public health but may do so if no remedial action is taken

  • Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.

  • Major Decision means:

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Reconciliation Report refers to the Reconciliation Report as referenced in s. 1 of Reg 200/21 under Connecting Care Act, 2019.

  • Operating Statement Analysis Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Exception Report The report of the Trustee referred to in Section 2.02.

  • Major Decisions shall have the meaning given to such term or any one or more analogous terms in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement; provided that at any time that Note A-1 is not included in the Lead Securitization, “Major Decision” shall mean:

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • Project Report means a summary statement of the likely environmental effects of a proposed development referred to in section 58;

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Envision Compliance and dated July 3, 2007 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • Condition Report means a condition report with respect to a Program Vehicle, signed and dated by the Servicer and a Manufacturer or its agent in accordance with the applicable Manufacturer Program.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • CREFC® REO Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “REO Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Appraisal Reduction Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Appraisal Reduction Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Common Reporting Standard (CRS) means the Standard for Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (“AEOFAI”) in Tax Matters and was developed in response to the G20 request and approved by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Council on 15 July 2014, calls on jurisdictions to obtain information from their financial institutions and automatically exchange that information with other jurisdictions on an annual basis. It sets out the financial account information to be exchanged, the financial institutions required to report, the different types of accounts and taxpayers covered, as well as common due diligence procedures to be followed by financial institutions.

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Training Package means a set of qualifications and units of competency developed to meet the training needs of an industry, or a group of industries, and endorsed at the national level. Training Plan means the plan for the training and assessment to be delivered to an individual created by the Training Provider pursuant to Clause 7 of Schedule 1. Training Provider Group means the Training Provider and any other registered training organisation that is a Related Training Provider, other than by reason of paragraph (b) of that term.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.
