Subject fiscal year definition

Subject fiscal year means a state fiscal year beginning on or after the first day of a program period and ending on or before the last day of a program period.
Subject fiscal year as defined in Section 4.2(d).
Subject fiscal year means state fiscal years 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19.

  • The Bonus shall be equal to the “Designated Percentage” (as defined below) of the excess of Pretax Income (as defined below) for the Subject Fiscal Year over the Pretax Income for the Test Year (as defined below), multiplied by a number (i) the numerator of which shall be the number of days during the Subject Fiscal Year that Employee is employed hereunder and (ii) the denominator of which shall be 365.
