Submittal Package definition

Submittal Package means, collectively, the Application, and all filings, documents, certifications, consents, contracts and other information required to be provided to MassDevelopment or DOER in connection with the Application.
Submittal Package means the items submitted by an Applicant to the District Engineer for approval. A description and quantity of the required items to be contained in a submittal package to constitute a complete application for each type of approval given by the District is described in 4.3.‌
Submittal Package means, collectively, the application, filings, documents, certifications, consents, contracts and other information required to be provided to MassDevelopment or the Department in connection with the Owner’s application for financing of the Improvements through PACE Massachusetts.
