Submittal Package definition

Submittal Package means, collectively, the Application, and all filings, documents, certifications, consents, contracts and other information required to be provided to MassDevelopment or DOER in connection with the Application.

Submittal Package means the items submitted by an Applicant to the District Engineer for approval. A description and quantity of the required items to be contained in a submittal package to constitute a complete application for each type of approval given by the District is described in 4.3.‌

Examples of Submittal Package in a sentence

  • If Company fails to timely submit a Grant Submittal Package for a particular year, then County shall give Company written notice of Company’s failure to timely submit such Grant Submittal Package, and Company shall have thirty (30) calendar days calculated from the date on which such written notice is given in which to submit such Grant Submittal Package.
