Class” or “Classes means any class or classes of Shares as may from time to time be issued by the Company;
Subordinate Class Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Subordinate Certificates, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of such Class of Subordinate Certificates immediately prior to such date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) (other than the related Discount Fraction of each Discount Mortgage Loan) immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
Subordinate Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Initial Subordinate Class Percentage As defined in the Series Supplement.
Senior Class Debt has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.09.
Subordinated Class means, with respect to the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes.
Senior Class means, with respect to the Class B Notes, the Class A Notes.
Junior Subordinate Certificates The Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates.
Subordinate Certificate Any one of the Class M Certificates or Class B Certificates, executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit B and Exhibit C, respectively.
Senior Subordinate Certificates The Class B1, Class B2 and Class B3 Certificates.
Class P designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-5 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Subordinate Percentage As of any Distribution Date and, with respect to any Mortgage Pool comprised of two or more Loan Groups, any Loan Group, 100% minus the related Senior Percentage as of such Distribution Date.
Floating Rate Classes The Classes designated as either “Floating Rate” or “Inverse Floating Rate” in the Prospectus Supplement.
Voting Classes means Classes 4 and 5.
Class HI M-1 Formula Interest Distribution Amount" means, as to any Payment Date, the sum of (a) the amount specified in clause (a) of the definition of the term "Class HI: M-1 Formula Distribution Amount" and (b) the Unpaid Class HI: M-1 Interest Shortfall, if any.
Related Classes As to any Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest, those classes of Certificates identified as "Related Classes of Certificates" to such Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest in the definition of Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest.
Subordinate Component Balance For any of Loan Group I, Loan Group II, Loan Group III, Loan Group IV or Loan Group V, as of any date of determination, the then outstanding aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group minus the sum of the then outstanding aggregate Class Principal Balance of the related Classes of Class A Certificates.
Class H designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Group II Class A Certificates The Class A-2a Certificates, the Class A-2b Certificates, the Class A-2c Certificates and the Class A-2d Certificates, collectively.
Junior Class of Certificates The Class of Subordinate Certificates outstanding as of the date of the repurchase of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 4.07 herein that has the Lowest Priority.
Initial Class Principal Balance As set forth in the Preliminary Statement.
Group 2 Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Original Subordinate Principal Balance The sum of the aggregate Current Principal Amounts of each Class of Subordinate Certificates as of the Closing Date.
Scheduled Classes As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Original Class Principal Balance means, with respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates, the initial Class Principal Balance thereof as of the Closing Date, in each case as specified in the Preliminary Statement.
Super Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
