Subordinate Parties definition

Subordinate Parties means all of Contractor’s employees, workers, laborers, agents, consultants, suppliers or subcontractors, at any tier, who perform, assist with, or otherwise are involved in any of the Work.

Examples of Subordinate Parties in a sentence

  • Any payment received by the Subordinate Parties in contravention of this Section 10 shall be received in trust for the Agent and shall be paid over to the Agent forthwith upon receipt.
