Subordinated Lien Indebtedness definition

Subordinated Lien Indebtedness means all present and future obligations, contingent or otherwise, of the Issuer and the Guarantors to the Trustee or the Holders arising under or pursuant to the Indenture Documents, including, in each case, interest, fees and expenses accruing after the initiation of any Insolvency Proceeding (irrespective of whether allowed as a claim in such proceeding), and including the secured claims of the Trustee or the Holders in respect of the Collateral in any Insolvency Proceeding.
Subordinated Lien Indebtedness means all present and future obligations, contingent or otherwise, of the Issuers and the Subsidiary Guarantors to the Trustee or Holders arising under or pursuant to the Indenture Documents, including, in each case, interest, fees and expenses accruing after the initiation of any Insolvency Proceeding (irrespective of whether allowed as a claim in such proceeding), and including the secured claims of the Trustee or the Holders in respect of the Collateral in any Insolvency Proceeding.
