Subordinated Payments shall have the meaning given such term in Section 5 hereof. 5.
Subordinated Payments means any fees, bonuses, profits and any other amounts which are not in the nature of reimbursable costs or expenses, payable by Borrower to any Affiliate under any Project Document and which are subject to the Subordination Agreement applicable to such Project Document.

  • Subordinated Debt Documents means any documents evidencing and/or securing Debt governed by a Subordination Agreement, all of which documents must be in form and substance acceptable to Agent in its sole discretion. As of the Closing Date, there are no Subordinated Debt Documents.

  • Insured Payments means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount actually paid by the Certificate Insurer to the Trustee in respect of (i) Insured Amounts for a Distribution Date and (ii) Preference Amounts for any given Business Day.
