Subordination Letter definition

Subordination Letter means a subordination letter dated on around the date of these Conditions and made between European Energy Holding ApS, MDP Invest ApS, JPZ Assistance ApS and the Agent.
Subordination Letter means that certain letter agreement dated as of the date hereof, among Buyer, Sellers and Sun Communities, Inc.
