Subscription Funds definition

Subscription Funds means all funds received with respect to all Successful Subscriptions in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement;

Subscription Funds and “subscription price” means the value provided or to be provided by a subscriber, in the medium of exchange stipulated by an issuer, in consideration for the subscription of a utility token at an initial or secondary utility token offering conducted by such issuer;

Subscription Funds means any and all monies tendered by eligible holders of Rights or Contingent Rights on subscription for the Units;

• No interest on the Subscription Funds will accrue to either the Corporation or the Corporation’s stockholders.

• The Agent, upon receipt of Subscription Funds and duly, completely and correctly executed Subscription Certificates and other documents for the exercise of Subscription Rights, shall make note of such Subscriptions and Subscription Funds with respect of the amount of shares subscribed for.

• Upon receipt of the Certificates, the Subscriber shall deliver the full Subscription Funds to the wire instructions provided above.

• The Purchaser further acknowledges that it is investing in the Corporation entirely at its own risk and it may lose all of the Subscription Funds.

• In the event that Regulatory Approval is not obtained by this date, this Agreement will terminate and be of no further force and effect and the Subscription Funds will be returned to the Purchaser without interest or deduction.

More Definitions of Subscription Funds

Subscription Funds means [*****] (Singapore Dollars [*****]) being the total consideration for the allotment and issue of the Subscription Shares;
