Subscription Funds means all funds received with respect to all Successful Subscriptions in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement;
Subscription Funds means any and all monies tendered by eligible holders of Rights or Contingent Rights on subscription for the Units;
Subscription Funds shall have the meaning set forth in the Section of this Escrow Agreement titled "Background."
Examples of Subscription Funds in a sentence
Any amount of the Agent’s Commission elected to be taken as cash shall be paid at the Time of Closing by the Agent deducting such amounts from the Subscription Funds.
