  • In the event of your failure to maintain the required insurance coverage or in the event the insurer does not pay a claim for any reason, you are responsible for damage to, theft of, destruction to and loss of, the Subscription vehicle and any losses we incur plus applicable administration fees.

  • Some of us are part of the astrophysical and space communities, and regularly participate in their meetings (e.g. IPELS, AGU, SHINE) and publish in their journals (e.g. ApJ, JGR).

  • All insurance policies must cover anyone who may operate the Subscription vehicle for any reason.

  • LMP or its designee will be entitled to any insurance proceeds to damage to, theft, destruction to or loss of, the Subscription vehicle.

  • Subscription vehicle and trailer types must have a leak proof, dump body, and equipped with tarps to prohibit material from spilling.
