Subscription vehicle program or “program” means the use of a
Subscription vehicle program or “program” means the use of a vehicle in a qualified motor vehicle dealer’s inventory as a subscription vehicle where the dealer offers the vehicle for use by a consumer for an established period of time upon payment of a fee. A subscription vehicle program shall not mean a “lease” as defined by section 2 of P.L.1994, c.190 (C.56:12-61) if the initial, established period of time for the consumer’s use of the vehicle does not exceed 120 days. Subsequent renewals of that established period of time which result in a consumer’s actual use of a vehicle exceeding 120 days in the aggregate shall not convert a subscription vehicle program into a lease as defined by section 2 of P.L.1994, c.190 (C.56:12-61).

  • Off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (OVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that can be charged from an external source.

  • Depository System Participant means any participant in the Depository’s book- entry system.

  • Junk vehicle means a vehicle of any age that is damaged or defective in any one or combination of any of the following ways that either makes the vehicle immediately inoperable, or would prohibit the vehicle from being operated in a reasonably safe manner upon the public streets and highways under its own power if self-propelled, or while being towed or pushed, if not self-propelled:

  • Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) means a vehicle that is similar to a Hybrid but is equipped with a larger, more advanced battery that allows the vehicle to be plugged in and recharged in addition to refueling with gasoline. This larger battery allows the car to be driven on a combination of electric and gasoline fuels.

  • Not off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (NOVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that cannot be charged from an external source.

  • Vehicle Trust Agreement means that certain amended and restated trust agreement, dated as of September 27, 1996, as further amended as of May 25, 2000 and December 1, 2006 between BMW Manufacturing L.P., as grantor and initial beneficiary, and BNY Mellon Trust of Delaware, formerly known as The Bank of New York (Delaware), as trustee.

  • Subscription Rights means the right to participate in the Rights Offering.

  • Masterworks Investor refers to an affiliate of Masterworks that has raised capital from unaffiliated third party investors to invest the proceeds in a diversified collection of artwork and which acquires Class A Ordinary Shares as part of such investment strategy.

  • All-terrain type II vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.

  • Neighborhood electric vehicle means a self-propelled

  • School vehicle means any school bus, school van, other school vehicle and private vehicle used to transport students or staff members to and from school or any school-sponsored activity or event.

  • Annual Subscription means the subscription paid by a member in accordance with the Registered Clubs Act and being paid either annually or otherwise.

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
