Subsequent Applications definition

Subsequent Applications means applications for other land use approvals, entitlements and permits not necessary to the development of the Project and the Project Site, but desired by Developer subsequent to the Effective Date. The Subsequent Applications may include without limitation amendment of any of the Project Approvals.
Subsequent Applications has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.
Subsequent Applications means any enhancements, modifications, revisions, improvements and future indications of the Product, including efforts to obtain Regulatory Approval, made pursuant to Development under this Agreement, as well as other products developed under this Agreement.

  • No statement will be used to void this Policy or defend against a claim unless it is contained in the initial application or Subsequent Applications.

  • When obtaining DC power from an AT&T-21STATE Power Source (BDFB or Power Plant), Collocator’s fuses and power cables (for the A & B feeds) must be engineered (sized), and installed by Collocator’s AT&T-21STATE AIS Tier 1, in accordance with the number of DC amps requested by Collocator on Collocator’s Initial Application or any Subsequent Applications.

  • General Provisions The Contract This Policy, the initial application on the Insured, any Subsequent Applications and any riders constitute the entire contract.

  • Subsequent Applications may be submitted on a twelve monthly basis PROVIDED ALWAYS that in the event of an Application not being submitted within twelve months from an anniversary of the Commencement Date the next earliest date a variation to the Price may be awarded will be the following anniversary of the Commencement Date.

Related to Subsequent Applications

  • Patent Applications means all published and unpublished nonprovisional and provisional patent applications, reexamination proceedings, invention disclosures and records of invention, applications for certificates of invention and priority rights, in any country and regardless of formal name, including without limitation, substitutions, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, renewals, revivals, reissues, re-examinations and extensions thereof.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Patent Application means an application for patent protection for a CRADA Subject Invention with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“U.S.P.T.O.”) or the corresponding patent-issuing authority of another nation.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Initial application means the Application first provided to MFA on or before an Application Deadline to request an allocation of Tax Credits.

  • Applications means all of the following: “New Drug Application” (“NDA”), “Abbreviated New Drug Application” (“ANDA”), “Supplemental New Drug Application” (“SNDA”), or “Marketing Authorization Application” (“MAA”), the applications for a Product filed or to be filed with the FDA pursuant to 21 C.F.R. Part 314 et seq., and all supplements, amendments, and revisions thereto, any preparatory work, registration dossier, drafts and data necessary for the preparation thereof, and all correspondence between the Respondent and the FDA related thereto. The term “Application” also includes an “Investigational New Drug Application” (“IND”) filed or to be filed with the FDA pursuant to 21 C.F.R. Part 312, and all supplements, amendments, and revisions thereto, any preparatory work, registration dossier, drafts and data necessary for the preparation thereof, and all correspondence between the Respondent and the FDA related thereto.

  • SAP Application(s) means all Packages (i.e. all Software and Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement and/or SAP cloud services for which Customer has a valid subscription, excluding User Interfaces for ERP, SAP Technology Solutions and all database Packages.

  • L/C Amendment Application means an application form for amendment of outstanding Letters of Credit as shall at any time be in use at the Issuing Bank, as the Issuing Bank shall request.

  • Grant Application means the application identified in section 2.1, including Standard Form 424 and all information and attachments submitted with that form through Grants.gov.

  • Application Approval Date means the date that the Application is approved by the Board of Trustees of the District and as further identified in Section 2.3.B of this Agreement.

  • Biologics License Application or “BLA” means an application requesting permission from the FDA to introduce, or deliver for introduction, a biological product into interstate commerce, or any similar application or submission for marketing authorization of a product filed with a Regulatory Authority to obtain Regulatory Approval for such product in a country or group of countries.

  • Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;

  • Registration Application means an application for registration of this Agreement as a planning agreement on the title of the Land pursuant to Section 7.6 of the Act in a form approved by the Registrar General;

  • Athlete Application means the form set by the NZOC that must be completed by any Athlete applying to be nominated and selected to the Games Team.

  • Regulatory Floodway means the channel of a river or other watercourse and the adjacent land areas that must be reserved in order to discharge the base flood without cumulatively increasing the water surface elevation more than a designated height.

  • Approval Application means a BLA, NDA or similar application or submission for a Product filed with a Regulatory Authority in a country or group of countries to obtain marketing approval for a biological or pharmaceutical product in that country or group of countries.

  • Account Application or “Application” shall mean the application, as may be amended from time to time, by which this Agreement is established between the Depositor (or following the death of the Depositor, the Beneficiary) and the Custodian. The statements contained therein shall be incorporated into this Agreement.

  • Third Party Applications means online, Web-based applications and offline software products that are provided by third parties and are identified as third-party applications, including but not limited to those listed on the AppExchange and the Reseller Application.

  • Renewal Application means a document used to collect pertinent data for renewal of permits

  • Uniform application means the current version of the national association of insurance commissioners uniform application for resident and nonresident insurance producer licensing.
