Subsequent Contracts definition

Subsequent Contracts means all Contracts transferred to the Trust pursuant to Section 2.03.
Subsequent Contracts means the Contracts designated as such in Schedule I-B attached hereto, which have an aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of $91,777,892.43.

Examples of Subsequent Contracts in a sentence

  • As of the Closing Date (or the applicable Subsequent Transfer Date in the case of Subsequent Contracts), no Contract has been satisfied or subordinated in whole or in part or rescinded, and the related Motorcycle securing any Contract has not been released from the lien of the Contract in whole or in part.

  • As of the Initial Cutoff Date (or the applicable Subsequent Cutoff Date in the case of Subsequent Contracts), no Motorcycle had been repossessed.

  • As of the Initial Cutoff Date (or the applicable Subsequent Cutoff Date in the case of Subsequent Contracts), no default, breach, violation or event permitting acceleration existed with respect to any Contract and no event had occurred which, with notice and the expiration of any grace or cure period, would constitute such a default, breach, violation or event permitting acceleration under such Contract.

More Definitions of Subsequent Contracts

Subsequent Contracts means those Contracts described in the List of Contracts that are not Initial Contracts.
Subsequent Contracts means all Contracts sold and transferred to the Trust pursuant to Section 2.04 hereof and Section 2.01 of the Deposit Agreement.
