Initial Contracts. Initial employment contracts for faculty members will specify if the appointment is tenure track or non-tenure track, and if the appointment is tenure track, any special or unique requirements for the award of tenure that are not specified in this Agreement.

Initial Contracts. Within seven days of the date of the initial Purchase, cause each Contract relating to each Pool Receivable existing on the date of the initial Purchase to be endorsed (conspicuously on the front or back thereof) by a stamp containing the legend set forth in Section 5.1(j) and which is otherwise acceptable to the Facility Agent.
