In the event the terms and conditions of the Subsequent Offering are modified during the Notice Period, the Company shall provide the Purchasers prompt written notice of such modification and the Purchasers may, during the fifteen (15) days following the notice of modification, participate in such Subsequent Offering in accordance with the terms of this Section 8(b).
