During the Notice Period Clause Samples

During the Notice Period. (a) WRT may provide terminalling and/or storage services utilizing the affected Terminals pursuant to one or more third party agreements without the consent of WNR; and (b) WNR’s Minimum Commitments shall be reduced to the extent of third party usage of such capacity provided that WNR shall still have access on a priority basis to the extent there is available capacity.

During the Notice Period. If either the Practice or you give notice of termination under this contract, the Practice may: (a) pay you an amount of base salary in lieu of part or all of that period not served by you; or (b) require you to serve part or all of that period without attending work and/or performing duties.

During the Notice Period. Employee (i) shall not be entitled to retain the Position, and (ii) shall cooperate in good faith with the Company in transitioning the duties of the Position to one or more successors as determined by the Board of Directors or the Chairman.

During the Notice Period. Employee shall continue working and shall cooperate with the Company and use her best efforts to assist the integration of the person or persons who will assume Employee's responsibilities. Notwithstanding, the Company shall have the right, at any time during the Notice Period, to terminate the employment relationship immediately, in which case the Company shall pay Employee the Salary due for the remaining period of the Notice Period, and the benefits set forth in Sections 3.3 and 3.4 below.

During the Notice Period. (a) the Executive will provide such assistance as ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (or his successor), reasonably requires in relation to any matters with which he has knowledge and/or to effect an orderly handover of his responsibilities to any individual or individuals appointed by the Company or any Group Company to take over his role or responsibilities; (b) the Executive will make himself available to deal with requests for information, provide assistance, be available for meetings and to advise on matters relating to work; and (c) the Executive will perform such tasks and duties commensurate with the prestige level of his former position with the Company, as the Company or any Group Company may reasonably request at such location (including the Executive’s home) as ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (or his successor), may reasonably decide.

During the Notice Period the Executive shall continue his employment with the Company in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement if the Company requires him to do so, and will continue to discharge his office and cooperate with his replacement unless the Company terminates this Agreement prior to the end of the Notice Period. During the Notice Period, whether the Company requires the Executive to continue his employment or not, the Company will continue to pay the Executive all payments and honor all the commitments owed to the Executive in accordance with this Agreement.
