SUBSEQUENT OPERATIONS definition

SUBSEQUENT OPERATIONS means activities not part of Initial Operations that the Venturers deem necessary to further develop the Prospect Xxxxx subsequent to the drilling, testing and Completion of the undrilled Prospect Xxxxx.
SUBSEQUENT OPERATIONS means activities not part of Drill, Test and Completion Operations, which the Member(s) or Manager deems necessary to the Company activities.
SUBSEQUENT OPERATIONS shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the applicable JOA.
