SUBSERVICE PROVIDER definition

SUBSERVICE PROVIDER means any person, firm, partnership, joint venture, company, corporation, or entity having a contractual agreement with SERVICE PROVIDER or with any of its subservice providers at any tier to provide a part of the Work called for by this Agreement.
