Subsoil Use Law definition

Subsoil Use Law means Republic of Kazakhstan Law No. 2828 “On Subsoil and Subsoil Use”, as amended by, among other things (a) Kazakhstan Law on Introduction of Amendments and Additions into Certain Legal Acts on Subsoil Use and Subsoil Operations (effective on 8 December, 2004) and (b) Kazakhstan Law on Amendments and Additions to certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan Regarding Matters of Subsoil Use and Conduct of Petroleum Operations in the Republic of Kazakhstan (effective on 18 October, 2005).
Subsoil Use Law means the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 291-IV “On Subsurface and Subsurface Use” dated June 24, 2010, as amended.
Subsoil Use Law means the Law of Kazakhstan dated 24th of June 2010 No 291-IV “On Subsoil and Subsoil Use”, as subsequently amended.

  • Wildlife law means any statute, law, regulation, ordinance, or administrative rule developed and enacted to manage wildlife resources and the use thereof.

  • Land Use Bylaw means Bylaw 75 of the Municipality, approved on August 6, 1992, as amended, or successor bylaws.

  • Alcohol Use Disorder means a disease that is characterized by a pattern of pathological use of alcohol with repeated attempts to control its use, and with negative consequences in at least one of the following areas of life: medical, legal, financial, or psycho-social; or

  • Restricted use pesticide means any pesticide or device which, when used as directed or in accordance with a widespread and commonly recognized practice, the director determines, subsequent to a hearing, requires additional restrictions for that use to prevent unreasonable adverse effects on the environment including people, lands, beneficial insects, animals, crops, and wildlife, other than pests.

  • POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;

  • Modern Slavery Laws means the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (NSW), Divisions 270 and 271 of the Criminal Code 1995 (Cth), the Human Rights Act 2019 (Qld), and any other binding or non-binding guidelines issued by an entity or person so authorised under Modern Slavery Law, and anti-Modern Slavery laws or regulations in force in Australia or otherwise applicable to Tetra Tech International Development or the Subconsultant from time to time with respect to reporting on or addressing the risks of modern slavery, including business operations and supply chains with respect to related purposes.

  • Illegal use of drugs means the use of drugs, the possession or distribution of which is unlawful. Such term does not include the use of a drug taken under the supervision by a licensed health care professional.

  • Medical use of marijuana means the acquisition, use, and possession of usable marijuana to treat or alleviate a qualifying patient's debilitating medical condition.

  • General-use hand or body cleaner or soap means a cleaner or soap designed to be used routinely on the skin to clean or remove typical or common dirt and soils. “General-use Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap” includes, but is not limited to, hand or body washes, dual-purpose shampoo-body cleaners, shower or bath gels, and moisturizing cleaners or soaps. “General-use Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap” does not include prescription drug products, “Antimicrobial Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap,” “Astringent/Toner,” “Facial Cleaner or Soap,” “Hand Dishwashing Detergent” (including antimicrobial), “Heavy-duty Hand Cleaner or Soap,” “Medicated Astringent/Medicated Toner,” or “Rubbing Alcohol.”

  • Underground storage means storage of gas in a subsurface stratum or formation of the earth.
