Substantial Supplier definition

Substantial Supplier means a supplier accounting for five per cent, or more of the Company’s purchases in the financial year ended on the Accounts Date.
Substantial Supplier means a supplier accounting for more than five per cent. of the Group's purchases in the financial year ended on the Accounts Date;
Substantial Supplier means those trade and raw material suppliers of the Target Group set forth in Schedule 3.12(c) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule.

Examples of Substantial Supplier in a sentence

  • So far as Champion Regal is aware, no cessation or substantial reduction in trade or change in terms of trade by any such Substantial Customer or Substantial Supplier is likely after Closing.

  • During the 12 months preceding the date of this Agreement there has been no substantial change in the basis or terms on which any Substantial Customer or Substantial Supplier is prepared to enter into contracts or do business with the Company (apart from normal price changes) and the Company has not received written notice of any such change.

  • For these purposes, an important customer or source of supply in relation to the Group means any Substantial Customer, Substantial Supplier, or one which in either of the two financial periods immediately preceding the Accounts Date accounted for five (5) per cent.


More Definitions of Substantial Supplier
