Substitute Liquidity Facility Provider definition

Substitute Liquidity Facility Provider means the issuer of any Substitute Liquidity Facility.
Substitute Liquidity Facility Provider the Liquidity Facility Provider hereunder will be replaced by a substitute Liquidity Facility Provider; and
Substitute Liquidity Facility Provider means the issuer of any Substitute Liquidity Facility. Exhibit 4.19 “Substitution Date” means a date, which shall be an Interest Payment Date, on which a Substitute Credit Facility is to be substituted for the Credit Facility in effect pursuant to Section 3.19 hereof or on which a Substitute Liquidity Facility is to be substituted for the Liquidity Facility in effect pursuant to Section 3.20 hereof.
